Matt brings his experience in writing for film to writing for high-end music libraries such as the cutting edge offerings found in Summerfield Music's Trailer Trash and Amot Plesner's Underground Music. Additionally, Matt has written for several volumes of the Fifth Floor Production Music Library in addition to partnering with Bobby Summerfield, of Summerfield Music, Inc., and establishing go:music which to date has three volumes released under the 5 Alarm Music library.

The long-anticipated new film Battlecreek, directed by Alison Eastwood and written by Anthea Anka, makes it's world debut at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival on 2/6/16. The score was written by Matt McGuire and Kyle Eastwood and recorded at MusicWerks Productions.

Matt composed the emotional score, along with Kyle Eastwood, to this critically-acclaimed film by director Susan Morgan-Cooper. The film has won several awards from major international film festivals. Mulberry Child received 3 1/2 stars from Roger Ebert and was narrated by Jacqueline Bisset.

Matt was chosen to write new arrangements for Charles R. Swindoli's radio ministry, Insight For Living, one of the nations largest. Matt is currently working on this large music package, using the familiar existing theme, and incorporating new elements to enrich the programs sonic palette.

Focal Point radio ministries is home of Senior Pastor Mike Fabarez, Compass Bible Church. located in Aliso Viejo, CA - and can be heard on KKLA 99.5 in LA and Orange County. Matt was commissioned to compose a new music package along with a new theme. Beginning September 6, the new music will be placed into the program.

The CD's ten cuts cover a wide range of styles from Pop to Jazz, flavored with lush strings, orchestral percussion, rich background vocals, outstanding musicianship and Ebner's beautifully heart-warming interpretations.
